Acer has announced the Aspire Go 15, an affordable laptop at Computex. The new product features a new Qualcomm Snapdragon C processor, a 15.6-inch display, two USB-C ports, and an HDMI connector. The amount of memory and storage is quite modest: the laptop supports up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
Budget laptops are in high demand right now, and the Aspire Go 15 can be seen as Acer’s answer to the impressive MacBook Neo. At the same time, the new product does not look as premium as the Apple device. The reason for this is the plastic body of the Aspire Go 15, while the MacBook Neo uses an aluminum construction. The success of this laptop will largely depend on its price, although Acer has not yet disclosed its price. The company has only said that the model will be available later this year at an “entry-level price”.

Acer also announced the Acer Swift Spin 14 AI. This is a more powerful hybrid laptop that can be equipped with Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus processors, up to 32 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of storage. The device belongs to the Copilot+ PC category, so it supports numerous AI functions. Copilot laptops have not yet become a massive hit among buyers, so it will be interesting to see how the new product will perform after its launch in August this year.

The device has a 7-inch touchscreen and weighs 464 g. The Nitro Blaze Link is scheduled to be launched in North America and EMEA in Q4 2026, but no pricing information is available yet.

In addition, the company announced two new gaming laptops that can work together with Nitro Blaze Link – Predator Helios and Nitro 16. The Predator Helios 18 AI gaming laptop can be equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics.

The model has an 18-inch Mini LED display that supports HD resolution with a refresh rate of 240 Hz or 4K with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, depending on whether the user prefers maximum performance or better immersion. The maximum storage capacity is 6 TB, which should be enough for modern AAA games.

Nitro 16 is positioned as a more affordable alternative. The most powerful configuration of this model will receive an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card and an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor. Both gaming laptops are expected to enter the North American market in August, but the manufacturer has not yet disclosed their prices.
