One important detail to note upfront: the 8 kHz polling rate only works in wired mode, while Bluetooth operation is limited to the standard 125 Hz. This raises a key question for this price point: has YUNZII found a way to deliver features that competitors struggle to match at similar cost, or are there compromises involved? Inside, you’ll find the keyboard, a detachable USB-C cable, a keycap and switch puller, a brief manual, a separate USB dongle, a pair of switches and Mac-layout keycaps, a dust cover, and a bonus badge. The package is straightforward, with no excess, yet includes all essential items.

Design and First Impressions
From the first encounter, the YUNZII RT75 PRO does not feel like a “budget toy.” The design is understated and versatile, fitting well in both work and gaming setups. The PBT keycaps are high-quality and pleasant to the touch. One detail to note: the plastic is opaque, so the backlighting appears subdued rather than fully illuminated.
A puller is included for replacing keycaps. It’s worth noting that the LED diode is located underneath the switch, while most universal keycaps have a top window for backlighting the legends.
Hall Effect, Rapid Trigger, and Why It Matters
The standout feature of the RT75 PRO is its magnetic Hall Effect switches. Unlike traditional switches with metal contacts, these activate through changes in a magnetic field.
In practice, this provides several noticeable advantages:

- Higher durability due to the lack of physical wear
- Quieter operation without sharp clicks
- Fine-tuned actuation force per key, with the ability to link actuation levels to specific events
However, the last feature cannot be used to mimic an analog trigger effect like those found on console game controllers.
Combined with Rapid Trigger (allowing repeated activations without fully releasing the key), the keyboard feels like a true tool rather than just an input device. In fast-paced shooters such as CS2 or Valorant, the difference is noticeable almost immediately.

Flexible Settings and Customization
The RT75 PRO allows precise adjustment of each key’s actuation point – from a minimal travel distance for instantaneous response to a deeper press for comfortable typing.
The software was a pleasant surprise:

The RGB lighting is high-quality but has a distinct character. Colors appear more defined, without smooth gradients or soft transitions. Some users may view this as a drawback, while others might prefer the more precise look. The number of lighting effects is moderate – not record-breaking – but sufficient for most use cases.
The backlighting for Tab, Caps Lock, Shift, and Enter is somewhat uneven. Because these keys are relatively transparent, their illumination stands out noticeably in low light. This can be mitigated to some extent by adjusting brightness levels and selecting different color effects.
Typing and Sound
The YUNZII RT75 PRO is quieter than most budget mechanical keyboards, lacking the sharp “clack” sound. Key travel feels smooth, controlled, and comfortable for extended typing sessions. Thanks to adjustable actuation settings, the typing experience can be tailored – from light, barely noticeable presses to more pronounced key activation.

The plastic case and opaque keycaps are clear compromises, but they do not detract from the overall experience.
